Rozel is a light and spacious property situated in the charming and sought-after village of St Agnes, with easy access to its cafes, restaurants, galleries and shopping.
With open-plan living and large windows, the accommodation is ideal for a family beach holiday in North Cornwall.

Downstairs, the sitting room area has delightful views over and doors out to the established gardens along with a cosy wood burning stove for cooler evenings and a large Smart television to entertain after a long day on the beach. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher and microwave whilst the washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the useful utility room, perfect for rinsing through those sandy clothes.

Two of the three bedrooms (both king-size) are also located on the ground floor and have garden views. There is both a family bathroom with bath and separate shower and a further shower room downstairs.

Upstairs, bedroom three can accommodate up to three guests with its double bed and single bed.

Outside, dine alfresco with the supplied barbecue and enjoy the mature gardens from the patio.
